Do I have to enable internet/WAP connection on my
cellphone? Yes. If you wish to download cellphone
ringtones, color wallpapers, and screen savers successfully on your phone you
will have to enable your web connection. 2.
What are the monthly subscription charges? The monthly subscription
charges includes download of 10 ringtones or wallpapers or screen savers at $7.00
per month. You can unsubscribe it any time you want to. Just make sure that you
have sufficient credit in your account.
3. How long does take for the download to be completed? The
download time depends on the network traffic. It might take few seconds or few
minutes. But once we receive your request, we will immediately send you the product.
The delivery might take some time.

How do you send me the ringtone? We are using a special sms message
to deliver the ringtone or wallpapers you order. You will be receiving a link,
which will allow you to download the product you have ordered on your wireless
phone.
5. I haven't received the download, what is the problem? In
that case please check that your WAP Push button is
set "On", since different mobiles have different
settings.

I can't find the download linked arrived on my cellphone? You will find
the download link in the body of the message sent to you by 'Cellphone ringtone',
which also goes to your inbox (text or WAP) which
is also known as "Push Inbox", "Service Inbox", "Funbox",
or "Browser Message Inbox". .

What should I do with the download link I received?
-Open
the received message.
-Scroll down the
download link
-Click
on the link, and you will be connected to Cellphone ringtones
-Automatically
the download will start.
-Now save it.
Note: There should not be any 'interruption' in-between
the start and finish of the download.
8. When I click on the link I can't download the ringtone/wallpapers/screen
savers. What is the problem?
WAP settings should always be correctly checked
before downloading. You can also ask your wireless carrier about your wireless
settings.
9. What to do once the download is completed? After the download
is completed, just save the download or else you will lose the data, and in that
case we can't re-send it for free.
10. Will there be any hidden charges in this process? The charges
you'll be incurring is only the download charges from us. But you may incur additional
charges from your service provider. If there are any doubts regarding this, please
contact your cellular service provider soon. 11.
Can you assure me about the safeguard of my personal data? Yes, we
guarantee you that your personal data with us will not be stolen away by or given
away to anyone.
